Our Services
Quality and Functionality, Guaranteed

Egr Solutions
From £100
You’re a busy person — don’t let vehicle problems get in your way. Rapid Remaps has the proper equipment and experience to alter the egr software permanently without costing the earth for a replacement egr valve.
Dpf Soltuons
From £150
Are you having problems with your DPF (Diesel particulate filter) we can alter the software in the ECU (Engine Control Unit) so that the DPF can be altered from the vehicle without logging any error codes or attempting any future regenerations. Our dpf solution service starts from £100 for dpf software shutting down on the ecu
Stage 1 performance map
From £160
Our stage 1 performance maps offer better drive ability fuel consumption and more power on your standard vehicles without having to change any parts.
contact us with your registration to find out what gains you can get out of your vehicle.
we also do stage 2 and 3 performance maps poa.

Diagnostics
From £40
vehicle diagnostics let us find out whats causing you a problem or a light on the dashboard.
adblue solutions
From £150
Are you having problems with your adblue system we can alter the software in the ECU (Engine Control Unit) to turn the sytem off for good.
Speed limiter removal
From £100
Certain manufacturers add speed limiters to there ecu's on these we can access the correct part of the ecu and remove those limiters.

Eco remap
From £160
Eco remap we can alter the map data on all diesels purely for mpg gains upto 15% extra
Blended remap
From £160
This remap is for the best of both getting more performance aswell as extra mpg.
Swirl flap solutions
From £100
Unfortunately, swirl flaps often clog with soot or become damaged due to EGR problems. This can cause major damage to the engine, as there is a serious risk that parts of the swirl flap will jam, drastically reducing engine power. If this occurs, repairs are costly. Our software can be used within a swirl flap removal process to prevent engine fault codes occurring, ensuring no engine management lights are tripped.

Lambda/o2 sensor solutions
From £100
Having problems with these replaced them and a few weeks later the same fault comes back we see it all the time.
we can delete these sensor out of the ecu software so that they wont return as a problem again.
Popcorn/hardcut limiter
From £150
A popcorn limiter basically changes the way a diesel car behaves when the engine hits the rpm limiter. Most stock diesel vehicles will hit the pre-set rpm limiter and will stay at that exact rpm point until the driver intervenes (soft cut limiter). However, with a popcorn limiter applied the engine will bounce at the limiter in a similar way to a petrol vehicle (hard cut limiter). This is done by cutting the fuel injection at peak RPM.
Dpf forced regeneration
From £100
A forced regen occurs when soot builds up inside the diesel particulate filter (DPF) to the point that the vehicle is no longer operable. When this happens we can initiate a forced regeneration to burn off the soot in the filter.

Dtc delete/fault codes
From £80
Permanently removing fault codes from the engine management system is a very useful process when modifying a vehicle. Removing components such as swirl flaps, EGR valves, other modules etc.. for purpose of performance modification or motorsport will often cause a fault code to be stored in the ECU memory along with lights on the dash and limp mode. By recoding the ECU data and permanently removing the specific fault code we can prevent the dash lights from being displayed and prevent the vehicle from entering limp mode.
Hot start fix
From £100
These diesel engines are started by an ECU and not by the driver. Pressing the accelerator pedal has no effect during a starting procedure. Starting is actually controlled by a ‘starting map’ in the ECU and is based on starter/engine speed (rpm) and injected fuel quantity (iq).
Generally, the ECU will not allow start fuel injection until the engine rpm is above a fixed map value.
Such problems can occur from low battery charge, engine coolant temperature sensor faults or the starter motor itself.
However, the problem may be the actual Hot Start Map within the ECU
Stop start disable
From £100
Many people do not like modern Start/Stop systems (which turns off the engine every Âtime they stop), but it’s becoming increasingly common on new vehicles. Normally, there is a disable button, but this has to be reÂset every Âtime the engine is restarted. With our Start/Stop Disable ECU remap, the function is disabled permanently.

File service
£30-£60
We offer a fully custom file service for master tool tuners whether you need Dpf,Egr or adblue solutions to custom vehicle tuning stage 1,2 and 3
